In October 2025, the brilliant Stefan Milo made a video titled: ‘The Minoan Tablet We Still Can’t Solve’ as he looked into the history of what is known as the Phaistos Disc, one of the most mysterious artefacts left behind by the powerful Minoan civilization of the ancient world.

The Minoans were centred on the island of Crete, and this artefact dates back to the second millennium BC. Made from fired clay, this disc-shaped artefact is stamped with dozens of Minoan pictographic signs, long thought to be a yet undeciphered language.

The purpose of the object has long been a mystery, but one expert believes he has the answer, and in this video, we’ll take a look at the claims.
