The Viaduct Tavern is said to be one of the most haunted places in London, England. It is an old gin palace dating to the 1800s, yet it is also built on the land where two former prisons once sat. The pub even contains a number of underground prison cells, which are said to be haunted, and may be linked to either the notorious Newgate Prison or another debtor's prison in London.
