Debunking the Bower & Chorley Story: why Crop Circles aren't all Hoaxes

In 1991, Doug Bower and David Chorley dealt a devastating blow to the crop circle research by telling the media that they invented the phenomenon in 1978, and made all circles in England in the next nine years. But while most news outlets accepted the men's claims, the evidence tells a different story: Bower and Chorley were lying.
