One average day in 1986, John Ruetten came home to find his wife, Sherri Rasmussen, lying on the floor in her bathrobe. Police said it was a burglary gone wrong, but it didn’t take long for people close to Sherri - people who weren’t John - to begin questioning that conclusion. The typical signs of a burglary were there, but something still wasn’t right about the scene.
